PACER is an acronym for Public Access to Court Electronic Records. PACER allows you to access the court's electronic case records from any internet connected computer. PACER is a part of the court's Electronic Case Filing system (ECF). The ECF system allows you to file case related documents with the court while PACER allows you to view the documents.
You must register with the PACER Service Center before accessing the PACER system. You can contact the PACER Service Center by phone at 1-800-676-6856 or online at www.pacer.uscourts.gov.
Each court maintains their own PACER system. The PACER system for the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi is located at https://ecf.mssb.uscourts.gov.
